Right of withdrawal, return and guarantee

We understand that sometimes there may be a need to return products, which is why we offer a clear and comprehensive return and refund policy. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

According to Swedish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order.

Conditions for right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unaltered condition (unused).
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
    • Products manufactured to your specifications or adapted to your wishes.
    • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the packaging is broken.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Contact us: Email us at support @ boono.se with your order number and which products you want to return.
  2. Return label: We will send you a return label by email.
  3. Pack the product: Pack carefully in the original packaging and ensure that the product is in new condition.
  4. Send back: Use the return label and hand in the package to your nearest agent. Save the receipt as proof.

Return cost:

A fee of SEK 99 is deducted from the refund amount for return shipping and administrative costs.
Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive and approve the return.


Cancellation of Processed Order

Once an order has been processed (including packing and preparation for shipping) it is considered to have started and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product, please follow our returns policy.

Packages not collected:

If a package is not picked up, a fee of SEK 299 is charged for handling and return shipping.


365 days open purchase

To make your shopping experience even better, we offer 365 days of open purchase .

Conditions for open purchase:

  • The product must be in unbroken original packaging and in new condition.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not covered by open purchase.

Return cost:

A fee of SEK 99 is deducted from the refund amount for return shipping and administrative fees.


Complaints and Warranty

If a product is defective, damaged on delivery or does not correspond to what you ordered, you have the right to complain about the product.

How to advertise:

  1. Contact us at support @ boono.se with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Description of the problem
    • Pictures of the product
  2. In the event of an approved complaint:
    • We are responsible for the return shipping.
    • You can choose to have the product replaced or refunded.

Warranty conditions:

  • We offer a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
  • The warranty only covers manufacturing defects.

Exchange of Product

When exchanging, you must return the product according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
