How do I place an order and payment?
On the product page:
Before you can add certain products to your shopping cart, you need to select options such as color or size directly on the product page. Make sure you have made all your selections before clicking "Add to Cart" .
Your shopping cart:
You will find your shopping cart in the top right corner. Click on the shopping cart to see an overview of your products. If you have a gift card or discount code, you can enter it at checkout to have the discount deducted before proceeding.
Cashier:
Once you have added all the products you want to buy, click "Go to Checkout" . Here you fill in your delivery details and contact information. Check that your details, such as delivery address and email, are filled in correctly so that we can deliver your package quickly and smoothly.
Then select the desired shipping and payment method. You can pay with the options available, e.g. credit card or Klarna. Also check that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions before confirming the purchase.
Complete purchase:
When you click "Place Order" you will be taken to the payment page. Allow the payment to complete without interrupting the process. Once the payment is complete, you will see a confirmation on the screen with your order number.
Order confirmation:
After your purchase has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation via email within minutes. If it doesn't appear right away, check your spam folder. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@boono.se
Returns:
We are an online store and handle all returns according to our returns process. To start a return, please contact our customer service at support@boono.se and we will help you further.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we cannot change or cancel it. Because we begin processing immediately to ensure prompt delivery, your order is already locked for adjustments when it is sent to our warehouse.
We also cannot add products to an order already placed, as we are unable to charge a higher amount than what you originally authorized at the time of purchase.
Problems with your product?
We are truly sorry if you have received a defective item and want to resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact us HERE . We ask you not to return the product on your own, contact us and we will help you further with the right steps for complaints and returns. When you contact us, we ask you to send the order number, as well as a description of what is wrong.
Wrong person or delivery details.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we usually cannot make changes to the delivery address or name. As we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible from our warehouse, it is rarely possible to stop or adjust an order once it has started.
If you still need to make an important change, please contact us immediately by phone. You will find our contact details [here]. We cannot guarantee that the change will be implemented in time, but we will do our best to help you.
Please note: If the package is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, you may be charged a fee to cover our return shipping costs.
Please note that it is not possible to add or replace products in an order that has already been placed.
I have not received an order confirmation?
When your order is completed, we always send a confirmation via e-mail to the address you entered at checkout. If you have not received the confirmation, it may be due to the following:
- Check the spam folder : Sometimes our emails can end up in the spam folder or in the promotions tab. Please double check there first.
- Misspelled email address : If there was a typo in your email address when ordering, please contact us so we can correct it and resend the confirmation.
- Problems with the email provider : Some providers may block our communications. We recommend using a domain such as Hotmail, Live, Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo for best results.
- Autofill changed address : If you have several email addresses, it may happen that the autofill function has entered a different address than you intended. Check your email again to see if the confirmation went to a different address.
- No confirmation = No order? : If you still do not find the confirmation, it may be that the order did not go through. Check if the payment has been reserved on your account or if there is an open payment with Klarna, if you used their service.

When will I receive my package?
You can always see the current delivery time for your order in the checkout before completing the purchase. The delivery times include both our handling time and the carrier's delivery time.
Our handling time is 0-1 working days. Our delivery time for stocked products is 1-3 working days. For ordered goods, the delivery time is 5-8 working days.
If there are any delays with us, we will notify you by email. You can follow any delays from the carrier via the tracking link sent to you when your order has been shipped.
Delivery options & Shipping terms.
We offer flexible delivery with DB Schenker to your nearest agent or to your door. Your available shipping options and current prices are clearly displayed at checkout. In addition, you get free shipping when your order exceeds SEK 899
How do I make a return?
You can return unused and unopened products to us. To see which products are accepted for return, please read our rules. Before sending anything back, please contact us first for guidance on how to proceed. Do not forget to enter your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Please note that you are responsible for the value of the package until we receive it. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged and save both the tracking number and the return receipt until you have received your refund. The return receipt is your proof that you have sent the package back.
You are responsible for the return shipping, regardless of whether you use your right of cancellation or return for other reasons. Boono sends a return shipping note by email.
Important: We do not accept cash on delivery or packages that require collection. Packages must be sent directly to our address, and cannot be dropped off in person.
Unclaimed packages.
If you choose to refuse delivery of a package or do not pick up your package from an agent or package box, we interpret that as you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We then charge a fee of SEK 99 for the return shipping, and the shipping cost for the delivery is not refunded
If your package is damaged during transport.
We always strive to pack and ship your products as safely as possible. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that the package is damaged on the way to you, and we are very sorry if this should happen. We assure that we do our best to avoid such problems.
If you see visible damage to the package upon collection, it is important that you inform the representative or the package box immediately. This helps both you and us in the further handling.
To facilitate the process, we recommend that you take clear pictures of the package from all angles, including the shipping label. Should the product inside be damaged as well, take pictures of the product and send them along with the pictures on the box.
Please contact us by email within 3 working days of receiving your package. Attach the photos so that we can quickly deal with the matter and ensure that you receive new, flawless products. We take care of the entire complaint process with the transport company, so you don't have to worry about it.
