Delivery times:

We pack and ship your order within 0–1 business days .
The normal delivery time is then 1-3 working days , depending on the delivery address and other factors.

Shipping company:

Your order is sent with DB Schenker for safe and reliable transport.

Shipping cost:

SEK 49 shipping fee for orders under SEK 799.
Free shipping for orders over SEK 799.

Please note that some products may have a longer delivery time depending on stock status and other circumstances.

2. Order processing

Order confirmation:

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email with all the details of your order and the estimated delivery time.

3. Delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected time or if problems should arise, please contact our customer service at support @ boono.se . We do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
